We all have our vanity demons and one of mine is hooded eyes. I earned my hooded eyes by two events, first I am over 40, and second, I have loose skin from intentional weight loss. Beauty Hero, Lisa Eldridge who did a video introducing tips and tricks for the gal with hooded eyes.
Smokey Look for Hooded Eyes the video is on YouTube, I tried several times to embed the video to be user friendly but today Youtube was not friendly.
